Decree No. 9278 Date 5/10/1996: Antonine establishment of the university colleges include:

Faculty of Science biblical and ecumenical and interfaith - Faculty of Science, theological and pastoral studies.

University Institute of Information Technology - University Institute of Science Technology Laboratories Dentistry - Music Institute - Institute of civic education.

Decree No. 1946 Date 21/12/1999:

Transform the University Institute for Information Technology to the College of Engineering Information and Communication.

The establishment of the Faculty of Nursing Sciences.

Decree No. 16403 Date 23/6/2006:

Establishment of the Faculty of Business Administration
