الشهادات من غير المؤسسات الواردة في لائحة
المؤسسات المرخصة في لبنان، لا تصادق ولا تعادل ولا يعترف بها من قبل
الدولة اللبنانية. كما أن التعليم بالمراسلة أو عن بعد غير معترف به في لبنان.
